In my line of work, I should have idols with backround in what I do, with years of experience, someone to learn from to make me better at what I do. My idol though is Pavel Bure. I have been a hockey fan my whole life, living in a hockey family. A Few Years back, I tore up my knee in my sophmore year of highschool, and was out the whole year. With me not being able to skate, I found refuge in watching the hometown Panthers become a decent team. I loved watching Pavel, but it was his 58 goal year that made me his biggest fan. Being able to watch him on a nightly basis do what he did, well he eased the pain of not being able to play, nor having a comfortable knee. I feel fortunate that I was able to follow a hockey player rack up 117 goals in 2 years in front of my eyes. Most hockey fans will never see that. Pavel is a pure magician on the ice, and not seeing him play is one of the toughest things to think in the world of sports. I hate the Panther's to this day for what they did with Pavel, and I wish them the worst of luck in their brief future in Florida. I would give Pavel his salary just to see him Play in a Panthers uniform. Pavel, don't retire.
