Subject: Bionic Serena III

Hey gang....I just wanted to tell you abgout my latest experience with SKW. I ordered a ten-minute custom MPEG, once again starring Serena as The Bionic Woman. This time she's facing a new bionic agent played by Jackson.

As of this writing I have not watched the MPEG but I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Wanna know why?

Customer service. SK is, without sounding too cheesy, a classy individual who goes out of his way to make things happen for his customers. If there was a problem with scheduling, I knew about it. If there was a question about attire, he made sure he had my input before moving forward.

The capper? 60 vidcaps from the shoot, forwarded right to my desktop only minutes after filming completed.

If SK didn't dop all of these things I would still be happy with the experience. However, he did, and that is why SKW is, hands down, the best at what they do.

I am looking forward to seeing the completed clip and once again thank SK, Serena and Jackson for being so classy, profesisonal and attentive.

Already writing Part IV!
