What about the relative signals of channels 2, 4 and 11? The local geography effected the the transmission signals to many parts of the city and county. Pittsburghers, being somewhat set in their ways, may have just stayed with the best picture on tv and did not bother too much with trying to turn the rabbit ears. I seem to recall that back in the day at my house, the channel 11 picture tended to have ghosts compared to the better reception of the other two stations. The Sears tenarotor helped cure that.
