Who said you'd have to pay them? They wouldn't have to WRITE anything but a list.

The entire direction of your posts shows me that you are not thinking at all. Clearly either you are so in love with this book, or more likely, the co-authors include one or more of your friends who you're trying to defend. Two are local hired-gun writers, the other a self-proclaimed music expert with a pretentious WYEP radio show.

I answered your questions. If you're going to keep asking, at least come up with some queries that, unlike these, make sense.
