I freelanced at KD in late 1968 and early 69, after I left WIIC-TV to get back into broadcasting, and I worked with all of those guys. Also on staff were Paul Long, Tom Bender and Bill Steinbach, among others. As I've mentioned in this forum before, those were the days when we went to work early and stayed after our shifts just to hang out. Oh, the stories that cannot be told here! KD was a great place to work back then. It wasn't when I left five years ago.
