Subject: "You'll Like What You See On Channel 43"???

In the late '80s and probably into the early '90s, I can remember occasionally finding a channel that aired really old and/or odd stuff. Their bumper/ID/whatever was a big gold "Channel 43" logo against a starfield and someone trying to sound like an old crooner would sing "You'll Like What You See...On Channel 43!" followed by a big band sound. It was either 43 or 63, but I'm pretty sure 43.

No one probably has a clue what I'm talking about, but in case anyone does, what was this channel?!
