I looked at some Channel 43 stuff on YouTube, and they did use a lot of starfields and the like, but I guess that was fairly common back then.

I'm leaning towards this low-power Channel 63 as being what I remember, as I sort of remember it being higher up on the dial. Definitely a lot of kinescope-y stuff being shown.

One thing I will say is that it was picked up by the long-defunct Plum Cable. That's what I was watching it on.
