Yeah, but assuming John's theory is true, KYW by comparison had a lost decade in Philly! It was in Cleveland from 1955 to 1965 and therefore didn't have the unbroken longevity factor of KDKA. Also, I believe Philadelphia had more than one UHF station earlier than Pittsburgh, which for a market its size was pretty late in getting a second (1957!).
