Unfortunately, I'm too young to have ever heard "Party Line" but wish I could have experienced it. Radio still had a magic to it back then that its sadly missing today. I have no problem with turning profits, but greed has ruined even a great medium like radio.
Perry Marshall's passing made me think of the nights when the Pirates played late or on the West Coast and could listen to his show. For many who never heard "Party Line" the loss of Marshall was that way for a different generation.
