Does anyone know when the last radio station on-air musician was fired or retired? Before she died, my mother told me that they used to have organists playing live music on the radio for local shows and commercials. I've heard them on recordings of old network shows from the Golden Age of radio. Were there any local games shows or soap operas on the air in Pittsburgh that had a live musician?
