Subject: RIP Jimmy Pol

Sorry to report the passing of Jimmy Pol Psihoulis.
Here is the link to the Post Gazette obit: http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/local/obituaries/obituary-jimmy-psihoulis-creator-of-the-pittsburgh-steelers-polka-629792/

One of my strangest radio memories was hearing Jimmy go from his personae as host of The Jimmy Pol Polka Party to 'Brotherhood" playing progressive rock on WZUM. Same guy, same accent, but way different music: none of it Greek.
Jimmy was my first client as a radio consultant while I was still program director at WEEP when he bought WNIO and flipped in to Country.
