IMHO, It comes across as a cart being played between songs during the concert rebroadcast, as I have the bootleg CD that bears this same ID when you listen to the CD (can't recall which songs the ID is slipped between).

I don't think it's a produced ID either. I think it's in the same category as the IDs DVE, used in 1981, with Jimmy Roach, "Nobody Rocks Pittsburgh Like FM 102, WDVE." So, I'm wondering was this really live from the announcers mouth, or was it a cart that was regularly played, as station ID at DVE, back in 1976?

It doesn't sound like either Steve Hansen or Terry Caywood, though, if it had to be either, I'd say it was Steve Hansen. (Heck, Lee Hogan, at WDVE in 1971, sounded a bit like Steve Hansen.)
