Although I didn't hear him in the clip, for many years, the image voice was Joe Kelly. Joe did quite a few rock stations around the country. He's still in business, but not nearly as prominent as he once was. I still remember his booming voice, bouncing down the valley, when he growl, "Happy 4th of July," when WDVE would have the holiday function at the point.
