Hey 4-6 is a big improvement over last year and we probably should have won the Brown and Dartmouth games. Water under the bridge. Yes Cornell has some key graduation losses, but we get back QB Dalton Banks, plus all four running backs and our fullback. On defense we lose some linemen, but team captain LB Miles Norris who was out for this season with an injury will be back for a 5th year. Almost all our linebackers and secondary come back next season as well. Next season the focus needs to be a more balanced offense (i.e. consistently running the ball) and stopping the run on defense.

Talking with some former players the team needs a better strength and conditioning coach. Some of the players and parents said they were good at training lacrosse and hockey players, but the football players are not building the mass and power they need for football. Again that's what some former players and parents have mentioned during tailgates this fall.
