Last year the Tigers lost a LB to Stanford and a RB to Army and the year before a QB to Duke, who I believe started this year, and all of these de-commits were 3-star rated recruits. This is the price Princeton and other Ivies pay for shooting high.

Not that I believe press stats, but two legitimate DBs over 6'0" in the same class is worth noting in a league filled with speedy munchkins.

If they weren't munchkins, they wouldn't be in our league.

If you walk by the court after an Iivy basketball game, you are likely to say, "Wow, these guys are tall." After an Ivy football game, walk by the receivers and cornerbacks, and sometimes it's surprising how short they are.

Princeton QB Chad Kanoff flipped from Vandebilt when James Franklin, now at Penn State, was coach. Tiger QB in waiting, Kevin Davidson, was a flip from UC Davis.

Cole Smith QB 6'1" 185 lbs. Christian Academy of Knoxville (TN)

Broke the state passing record this year (11k+ yds), got hurt at end of the season and also had an offer from Missouri State. Last Tiger QB from CAK worked out pretty well (Quinn Epperly).

Michigan asked him to decommit. He got most of his B1G offers his freshman year and didn't develop.

Princeton QB commit John Tracy was a former teammate of Carter's at Brother Rice before Tracy transferred to Walled Lake.

He wasn't quite good enough to make the final cut of Michigan's #3 ranked recruiting class, but still managed offers from 3 other B1G schools (Purdue too) and got a 3-star rating from 247. He looks like a very nice pickup for Princeton.
