In reply to: Zamboni 's message, "ECAC Men's Hockey Tournament" on 11:33:10 03/15/17 Wed

Harvard is a lock to gain berth in NCAA's win or lose in ECAC final tonight. What about Cornell?

Union would appear to be out with Cornell having beaten them twice (5-3;4-1) and tied once 3-3

If Cornell squeezes by Harvard they clearly are in great shape. If not.....who knows.

Hockey's the anti-basketball in terms of ease of figuring out due to the complete reliance on the PairWise for selection and seeding. All 3 ECAC schools are in (Harvard, Union and Cornell) and should be in line for a 1-seed, 2-seed and 3-seed, respectively, regardless of what happens today. Cornell might be able to slide up to the two-line with a win. Don't think Harvard would fall off the top line even with a loss.
