Kudos to Dartmouth for releasing their full future schedules. That is very fan friendly. Unfortunately, Yale hasn't released theirs in full. This is what Yale has released so far:

2018
at Holy Cross
Mercer
Maine

2019
Holy Cross
At Richmond

2020
At Holy Cross
Richmond

2021
Holy Cross
At Mercer

2022
At Holy Cross
Mercer

2023
Holy Cross
At Mercer.

I hear you. Sacred Heart would be a good series as it could always be played at the Yale Bowl. I'd also like to see Fordham, Albany and Stony Brook in the mix. Albany and Stony Brook have nice new football stadiums and would make for short road trips.

Yale also has scheduled Mercer in football. I don't see the benefit for them or Mercer, same for Dartmouth.

Dartmouth does not have a game scheduled against Mercer.

Mercer is a perfectly good program. They just kicked the #### out of Jacksonville (a team has recent victories against Penn and Princeton).

And they are playing both Auburn and Alabama this season.

Apologies re Dartmouth, I misread the original post.

I don't disagree with your assessment of Mercer, I just don't see the benefit in playing them four times. Particularly if we are going to get waxed.

I'm not sure why Yale agreed to a four-game series either. A home and home would have sufficed.

Maybe Yale thinks that Georgia is an underutilized recruiting source of talent....

I don't think Yale will get "waxed," but I would expect them to be the underdogs in these games.

Only additional pieces of information to add to Son of Eli's post above are:

-> Fordham shows a game at Yale Bowl on 10/5/2019:
http://www.fordhamsports.com/sports/2013/12/16/FB_1216132111.aspx?path=football

-> The Yale-Holy Cross series was originally announced as continuing through 2028.

-> No other opponents announced yet past 2023

If Princeton and Dartmouth will release their full future schedules why won't Yale?

Thanks Voy Vey for confirming Fordham in 2019. I know it was in last year's media guide but I wasn't sure it was accurate. What's unusual about this is that it will be a Yale home game. Assuming the Holy Cross game stays on the same odd year at home even year away rotation that will make 6 home games for Yale in 2019. That will make up only 4 home games in 2015.

Yes, a 6 year followed by a 4 year is possible. Not just in 2020, but also 2022.

Yale home games by year:

2017: 5 home games (Cornell, Columbia, Brown, Harvard, HC)
2018: 5 home games (Dartmouth, Brown, Princeton, Maine, Mercer)
2019: 6 home games (Cornell, Penn, Columbia, Harvard, HC, Fordham)
2020: 4 or 5 home (Dartmouth, Brown, Princeton, Richmond, with one OoC opponent/site TBA)
2021: 5 or 6 home games (Cornell, Penn, Columbia, Harvard, HC, with one OoC opponent/site TBA)
2022: 4 or 5 home (Dartmouth, Brown, Princeton, Mercer, with one OoC opponent/site TBA)
2023: 5 or 6 home games (Cornell, Penn, Columbia, Harvard, HC, with one OoC opponent/site TBA)

It's also interesting that Fordham is going to a 12 game schedule in 2019 while the Ivy League is perpetually lock at 10 games with no playoffs.

That's a calendar thing. It happens occasionally; it's not new. FCS schools are allowed 12 regular-season games in years during which there are 13 Saturdays between Labor Day weekend and Thanksgiving.

Also interesting is that Fordham will play at Hawaii in 2020.

The Patriot League is doing things right.
