From inside the pylon:

Not much was known about Penn’s Justin Watson before today, but he displayed good long speed going deep and made one of the more spectacular catches of the day.

Also saw elsewhere he had a couple drops, one from Baker Mayfield so everyone saw that one.

From Grandstand Sports:

Ivy Leaguer Justin Watson made some impressive catches throughout the Senior Bowl practices, and followed that up in the game with a nice grab along the sideline. He created separation then tracked the slightly under-thrown pass into is hands. Watson missed a prime special teams opportunity to block a punt, but was in position in plenty of time. A special team play of this caliber would have been a big bump to his stock as far as sticking to a roster in the NFL.

From Grandstand Sports Network:

A player that caught some eyes today was Penn University receiver Justin Watson, who showed good extension catching some passes over his head. Watson had some good body control but didn’t create a ton of downfield separation today.

from Senior bowl coverage on Walter Football
The 6-foot-4, 237-pound Allen also showed great mobility and a laser arm, rolling out of the pocket and throwing an out route to Pennsylvania wide receiver Justin Watson, who dropped a sure completion on the sideline

You should broaden your sources. Check out Twitter - there is actual footage of Watson making two circus catches from Allen this week. By most accounts Watson had a really good showing this week.

I am rooting for him big time, just posting up one story I read somewhere someplace. Nothing would please me more to see him get drafted and do well. I am a big fan of him. I saw the one catch

You are always pretty fair on this board, for sure. Here are a couple of links if you are interested in the takeaways from the latest practice.

"Allen’s first throw was to Penn WR Justin Watson, who elevated in the back corner of the end zone and hauled in the throw with a single hand."

"Really nice day for Justin Watson (WR, Pennsylvania) making plays in the red zone. He was a favorite of Josh Allen (QB, Wyoming) on several opportunities where he had to make adjusting receptions. Watson has the physical size you like (6-3, 215), but he doesn’t have the quickness or burst to separate down after down."
