Will be interesting to see which way he goes, the Gary Walters strategy of hiring the hungry young unknown embodied in Courtney Banghart, the Marcoux approach of skimming off the very top of Division III as represented by Berube, or try to poach from one of the other dozen top Division I powers.

Princeton women's lacrosse is borderline near the top of the food chain in terms of the ability to lateral poach from an established head coach who has succeeded in the NCAA Division I tournament.

End of an era that is right up there (and beyond) the legendary reigns of Carril, Samara, Ellis, Callahan, Constable, Orr, Teeter, Tierney, Dauphiny and others I probably am forgetting at the moment.

Year in and year out Coach Sailer put outstanding teams on the field and led the Tigers with passion and integrity.

This is a good first challenge for John Mack because he will be building on a very strong foundation similar to what enabled AD Marcoux to attract talent like Coach Berube to Princeton.
