Sprint, I hope that you had a chance to watch The Game yesterday afternoon. It was quite the throwback affair. Michigan went full on back to Harbaugh's days at Stanford and his early years with the 49ers. Two tight ends, H backs. It was as if Harbaugh said, "I hate dance and prance football. We're running between the tackles. You know we're running between the tackles. Now try to stop us." Who does that sound like?

I hope you reveled in the full flourishing of your football philosophy yesterday.

From a recap of the Michigan game in Detroit Free Press yesterday:

“Harbaugh was sprinting to the official to call a timeout. He either didn't see him or ignored him.”

Why didn’t the go to replay to review Harbaugh calling timeout and give it to the Wolverines on a critical 4th down play during the game?

Probably because their refs are not as well versed in the rules as ivy refs.

Yes I loved the Michigan offense. At times Harbaugh was playing two fullbacks and the tailback in the pistol formation. The Michigan offensive linemen were firing out and driving the OSU defensive linemen off the ball.
