The mere fact that some of us point out a few of the more egregious mistakes does not mean that the refs got 99.96% of the calls right. The coaches have meetings during the off-season-let’s see if they are of the school that the officiating was just peachy this year, or if they suggest that the league take steps to improve it. And sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I wasn't going to respond to Valmas because it is such a silly argument -- they only screw up some of the time -- but the Ivy League co-champion was crowned because the officials did not know the rules. I am always happy when Harvard loses, but that seems kind of important. As does the fact that they effed up the down and distance in the CU-Yale game. If Valmas wants to say that overturning game results does not qualify as a problem, that's his prerogative. I imagine the coaches do not agree.

Also -- good to know you are "sizzling." I might have guessed "all wet." Clearly, much to learn.

your Columbia College professors held you to the ridiculous standard you want established -greater than 99.96%- for Ivy League game officials.
