A 15 pt win vs. Penn would be a harbinger of Brown’s rugged schedule
bearing in-League success …..

How has Brown done this? Obviously, HYP recruit a different level of player and now Brown seems poised to take the lead for the 4th spot. Can you identify the elements that have given rise to this?

It was a tough loss, but a well deserved victory by Penn. Penn just seemed to want it more. One other thing, they did a good job of taking away Brown's outside game. Credit to Penn coaching. They outcoached Brown.

If Brown wants to make the tournament, this is the kind of game they need to win. But they didn't win it. So the question is, where do they go from here? Brown's weaknesses, lack of a true point guard, carelessness with the basketball, inability to guard the other team's star player, and small guards are all being exploited. Mike Martin has a lot of work ahead of him, and if things don't turn around quickly, the season will be one of great disappointment. A real bummer of a loss!

That was a depleted Penn team at that. Brown let a freshman guard who hasn’t scored 23 points all year put 23 on them.

I thought Penn might get overwhelmed today, but it never happened.

Brown's played one league game which was lost. Unfortunately, "poised" is not quite the apt description.
