Both teams were in formation when the player started asking for a TO, so the refs should have called a dead ball foul on the Raiders and denied the TO. NFL rules Article 8.

For the most part NFL referees are reliable. They are constantly getting screamed at by coaches and fans. Look at the footage the whistle was blown on mid play and LV’s DB stopped covering The WR. The down should have been replayed. This is the playoffs so the miscall needs to stand. Unlike the NFL the Ivy could correct the error by naming Harvard, Princeton and Dartmouth tri- champions. A while back there was a insightful opinion about sports helps deal with hardships and disappointments. Since Harvard has “9-1” rings have they proclaimed themselves as league champions? If they wear them most people will accept it at face value. If anyone has any knowledge Harvard’s 2021 ring may bring a underline smirk. To be fair throughout college football there’s been disputed scores.
