True, Proctor is not the force that Howard was on third-and-one situations. But he's super fast and got some big gains for us by taking off when nobody was open.

And his passing accuracy improved as the season went on. There is a reason why Paxton Scott had to be placed on suicide watch on the Dartmouth sideline after he dropped that bomb late in the fourth quarter against Princeton--the pass could not have been any more perfectly thrown (and it was thrown by Proctor).
