#7 Yale has trench warfare with underdog Cuse, comes from behind to win 9-8.

Princeton goes 4-4 with #8 Hopkins through mid-2Q, then turns on the burners to go up 17-8, cruise to 18-12 upset.

First time Ivies have three in the quarterfinals since 2003.

Three of the eight seeds lose in the second round, should be a real blast next weekend in the quarters. Tigers vs. #1 UNC. Eli vs. #2 BC. Penn vs. #3 NW.

Penn goalie, just a frosh, is outstanding. Don’t see any of her game today. I watched several minutes of the regular season P-Penn during which I saw save twice against near point blank range on 8 meter penalty shots.

Even today P fell behind at the outset. This is 5 (6?) games in a row. Would like to see hotter starts.
