I don't disagree that the Ivies do a pretty poor job promoting their teams. However, Cornell and Yale have a bit of an advantage over the others (except Dartmouth). There is absolutely nothing else to do in Ithaca or New Haven. There is a lot else to do in NY, Phil, Boston and even Providence. Hanover is another story.

Maybe because they alternate the only game of interest in the league every year....

The H/Y game skews attendance figures completely.
