It was a very exciting game to watch, Patton in the wildcat was just too much for Cornell and we won despite the turnovers which gave Cornell very good field position all day. It was the best game the Dartmouth D played in 2 years, they made the stops when they had too and because of it we won the game, It was a very hard fought game and both teams had several players hurt but in the end we prevailed and the Friends of Football tent was absolutely buzzing with excitement after the game. On to Brown and I hope we can keep the positive vibes flowing and win the next two and then we will be a force to reckon with in the Ivies for the next few years because there are only 3-4 seniors that are impact players

the run, pass, or field goal when it needed to. Dartmouth has a legit young team and it is good to see them learn to win, by coming back down 10

I don't expect the Green to win the last two because I'd be very surprised (and very pleasantly so) if they beat Brown. After beating Columbia, they were overmatched at Harvard last week and this week took two OTs to beat Cornell. Both times, the result was in line with what the teams' records would suggest - Harvard was much better than Dartmouth, and in the end Cornell and the Green were about even. This doesn't bode well for next week.

Even when they were 0-5 I was among those insisting that the Green were very much improved over last year. Nonetheless - and despite terrific individual rushing stats against Colunmbia and Cornell - they haven't shown yet they can beat a top Ivy team. I am hoping for an upset as much as the next Dartmouth man, but I feel about as confident with the team heading to Brown as I did heading to Harvard.

hey I can dream can't I, I will settle for 1 out of 2 and I definitely think that is possible, if we were ever to upset Brown I would be thrilled. At least we learned how to play hang tough and win today, it is a first step and I will take it.

Agreed on all points. The team should be riding high after an exhilirating win and will presumably go into Providence with more youthful optimism than I seem to have these days.
