Subject: Time Travel Paradox (?)

I am not here responding to any post or anything. I am just here because I have never found any place that I could go to to share my ideas. Anyways, here is my thought. Say I were to go back in time to change an event. Wouldn't that never have happened? Since I went back in time to change the event and I successfully changed the event, that means it never would have happened. If it never would have happened, then I never would have gone back in time to change it, which in turn would make the event occur. I don't know if this is a known theory or not but I have thought about this for a couple years of my life. If anyone wants to respond to this, please reply to me through email. My email address is Lycanthropenightmare@yahoo.com
