Two boy row across the river to the desired side. One rows back. One fat adult rows to the desired side. Then the remain youngster rows back to the crowd. Then the two boys row to the desired side. One rows back. Another adult crosses and then the remaining boy rows back. Now there are only seven adults left …Rinse and repeat as necessary. I can explain further if you desire.
