Subject: Seperation of church and state question

Just noticed a logical inconsistency in something - the big to-do about the 10 commandments in that courthouse - must be removed to prevent establishment of religion by the federal gov't, yada yada yada.

But - down at Guitanamo Bay in Cuba where they're keeping all the Al Qaeda folks - aren't they playing the Qoran over loudspeakers 5 times a day? Isn't that a federally controlled institution? Aren't the guards being forced to endure state sponsorship of religion?

Seems to me that Gitmo Bay is really, really state sposorship of religion - what do you folks think?
