Subject: Western Illinois predictions for 05 football

Here's my predictions for this fall.

Toledo-loss, Western not where they were a few years ago when beating Northern Illinois from the MAC.
N.Colorado-win,an early test ?????
SF Austin- toss up, but a loss. Playing down there will hurt.
Iowa Wesleyan-win, should be a cake walk,but-remember Quincy last year.
Northern Iowa-win, an upset for WIU
SIU-loss. They will be good.
Youngstown State-win. Close game
Western Kentucky-loss, they play tough, and more this year.
Illinois State-win, I would never pick ISU to win.
Indiana State-win, still coming along, but not enough
Missouri State- win, very close. Western wins only because it's in Macomb.

Seven wins and four losses. Five and two in conference? Seems like a challenge. Missouri State or the folks from Normal could pull out a victory.

Here are my predictions:

Toledo: L: not talented enough to hang with Tol/
N.Col: W: close game
SFA: L: SFA is a good team; not playing @ home hurts
IWU: W: Remember Cheney last year...look for a repeat
N.Iowa: W- big win
SIU: L-SIU is always tough
YSU: W close game
WKU: L: WKU is good--WIU lacks the O to hang with WKU
IL.ST.: W: Close game--no Grigsby helps
IN.ST: W: WIU always plays well against ISU
M.S.: W-revenge for last year's game

W:7 L: 4

I'll bring this up from the past. Any new predictions? I'll go ahead and stick with my earlier thoughts.
