Subject: Bit confused about basketball roster!???

Hey,

Thomas has signed his 13th roster player and final recruit for this coming season. But, I count nine returning players from last years squad and seven new recruits including the 3 signed in the fall and the 4 signed just recently. So what gives? And, Baez is going to play this year so that means I count 16 players. Did someone leave??? Maybe a couple of Kerwin's recruits???? Just curious and trying to understand the numbers. I think WIU will be much improved, no I think WIU will be greatly improved. You can't get a better recruiter, and I think Thomas is bringing players in to play his style.

Anyone have any thoughts or knowledge of this?

I am not "up" on who is coming back or new recruits. However, the current Western website has a kid coming from Southeastern CC- and I believe they refer to him as the final recruit.Seems the number 12 sticks in my mind. I do believe that new rule allowed him to recruit two additional players.

This fellow is 6'9 or so, and joins a redshirt from Southeastern.But, I'm not much help.
