Subject: So, what would be wrong with that?

Seems like North Dakota State and South Dakota State are scheduling as many Mid Con teams as possible, predictably to gain conference affiliation. I know they are way over there, but a look at their facilities and you gotta think that they are both not a bad fit for the Mid Con. IPFW, well thats a different story, but after NDSt beat Wisconsin in basketball, why not????? Its a shame WIU did not look for Valley affiliation in 1982 but Peterson was too cheap and could not think out of the box. VanAlstine has us on the move. Gotta wonder how much getting our ears boxed in baseball and basketball helps though. We need some wins!! Not just games against great Big 12 competition. Tough to start the conference baseball season with 15-20 losses against the very best every year. I think that is expecting alot of young talent. Even Big 10 and Big 12 teams don't do that!!!!!
