Subject: Katie's Maternal Geneaology

I think Katie's Grandma Collins may have had a less mundane life than we've been led to believe. Here's the evidence. In Episode 261, Katie's Aunt Cecile Blackman imposes on the Douglas household and it's made clear that she's a set-in-her-ways-spinster [to use the pre-PC term]. Anyway,her surname is Blackman, so that means that this is what she was born with. Since she's Lorraine's older sister, that means that Grandma Collins must have been married (and widowed) at least TWICE- otherwise Aunt Cecile's surname would be Collins NOT Blackman but whether the late Mr. Blackman is the father of both Cecile and Lorraine or whether the late Mr. Collins is the father of Lorraine is never made clear.
