Subject: im really bad at talkin to girls....

i am 15/m/usa and am really bad at talkin to girls....and steadily getting worse! theres this girl i lik that knows i like her and i dont know how to or even if i should ask her out. she has different veiws about dateing then me but my friend assures my that she would seiriously consider it and its all very annoying. can you help me out?
