Electoral rolls can be found at the State Library in Macquarie St, Sydney. To use them you will need to know the electorate she was living in. Have you tried the probate listings, inquest files ( sometimes if an inquest was held the death was not registered with BDMs, just a clerical oversight)or the deceased estate files at SRNSW at Kingswood. Sometimes newspaper obitutaries might help, try Ryerson Index on Rootsweb site.
