I have posted a message on this site and then saw your message.
I am trying to find the death record for my G grandfather Arthur Bye born 11 Jun 1871 Hope Valley South Australia.
Parents James & Rachel (Gibbons) Bye.
Arthur was Married in Broken Hill NSW in 1902 to Alice Vickery Howe. They had a son Gordon James b. 1903. Alice died in 1906. Arthur is listed as dec. on his parents death certificates in April 1918. I was told he died in a mining accident in SA but could not find any record. Would there have been an inquest.
Hoping you can help.
