Thanks for replying to my message. The names you mention are not familiar to me, but that does not mean there is no connection. My ancestors were John Ryan and Eliza Heffernan, they had two children - Edmond and Bridget - in Tipperary before emigrating to Victoria, Australia sometime in the late 1850's or early 1860's. I have found very little info about them, certainly not enough to allow me to connect with your Ryan/Heffernan family, however I will keep your message and contact you if I happen to find anything of significance.
