Subject: New, Cecil John aka Finding Grandfather

I am trying to find my grandfather Cecil John New, purportedly born in Warren in 1885. (I can't find any birth records for this) Married Leila May? Maguire. Born son Rex, daughter Beryl(1925) and Gladys L. S. (died 1930 buried Narrabri). He was possibly a painter. My mother has been searching for her father's place of burial for 15 years to no avail. I would appreciate any help. Cheers
