役滿牌型基本上不會和懸賞等普通役計算
所以算的是大四喜、字一色、四槓子、四暗刻（單騎），四倍役滿

如果大四喜、四暗刻(單騎)算雙役滿，那就是六倍役滿

不過也有是不容許役滿複合計算，而只計一個役滿
那就是由牌例決定了
