1.親臨九龍旺角亞皆老街40號利群大廈1字樓D室華夏書院（下午二時至八時辦公）辦理報名及繳費手續。
2.用畫線支票（請以「華夏文化中心」名義抬頭，注意：不是「廈」）連同報名表格，寄往九龍旺角亞皆老街40號利群大廈1字樓D室華夏書院。
