「心靈治療與輔導──負面情緒的消解」座談會

簡介
在現代社會中，人類的物質文明不斷發展，但精神生活卻往往每況愈下，出現了許多難以克服的問題，導致了抑鬱、焦慮、狂躁等等負面情緒，以致無法正常地、有意義地過活。目前，形形色色的心靈治療與輔導應運而生，肩負著撥亂反正的重任。可是，各種心靈救助工作源於不同的學科，在原則、方法、技術等方面有著重大的分歧，令受助者，甚至一些助人者皆無所適從。本座談會便是從精神病治療、心理輔導和哲學輔導等三大主流的角度，對人類的心靈問題與有關情緒的救正工作進行全面的分析和對話。
