If i was on the committee i would do that! this non-transferable system is going to cause a lot of lost hunting days for everyone, just because it may stop alot of what's happening now doesn't mean it's best for hunters overall!

We need to let the whitetail group finish what they are doing before we go anywhere else, let's see if what they have planned will curtail some of the problems!
