Wayne,

OK, here is the reason the FWC wants it changed, Now, Pronto, and Wayne contrary to what you think, it has not one damn thing to do with "FAIR"! That's a scam!

It was brought to light that some BIG Game Assn. and other ones, not so big, have been using the system to advance and even profit on the Quota system, Yea, they were Caught, don't ask me or the FWC to prove it, it is what it is, that web site That Kenny and Russ have is or has very little to do with it being changed!

Hell, this ain't happening because of the FWC it's higher, I'm sick of hearing you telling anyone they haven't offered up any solutions, Ask JIM, you have his number, we(UHF) and a few other groups for whom we (UHF) work closely with, have been at the forfront of all the changes that(YES) we think will HELP curve the problem! No Tangent either...

You can't give US (UHF) any reasons why the NON- transferable system will HELP anything, by that I mean facts, What facts do you have that lead us to believe it will Make it "FAIR", Then what will Fair distribution do for the AVERAGE hunter, How can YOU assure hunters of that?

Believe me, Casey and I are working from two total different angles, Yet neither one of us Can see where the NON transferable system will benefit anyone, Again, the Numbers don't lie, they are what they are... ask your FWC.

Wayne, Why are you so stead fast for this change? it ain't going to benefit you or anyone you know, or is it? i know alot of hunters who hunt primarily WMAs, yet not one, not one person sees this as a solution to the problem without it causing more problems! it's not far enough along to get a vote from members yet, but as a hunter who hunts WMAs as his primary hunting area, i don't Game the system either, I have all my permits that I have gotten for the last two years If i didn't give them away! I Just don't see it making MY hunting better, so how can it make other truely WMA hunters any better?

Your asking from us something you, THE FWC or any Stake holder on that board can give hunters.... NO, one Hunt per person isn't enough! Fair, by the word alone won't do it either, show me where the system you have grand Illusions on, will be BETTER then, what we have now!
