No I don't think that Nikita could handle that at all.

Hopefully Michael checks on Nikita and keeps trying to find out more about her and build her trust. They are both adults, but moving into a physical relationship may be damaging to the trust he is trying to establish. Or ...not. It will depend on the muses.
