Subject: LOTS of pageants start late, but NOT all of them have directors that come on stage and tell parents to "be nice to each other, the judges, and the directors" when the parents have every right to be upset. If I'm ready ON TIME and I have to wait an hour, I have the right to be upset that my hair is falling and my makeup is wearing off and my dress is getting wrinkled. Just tacky of the directors to make that announcement. Maybe they'll be more professional next time since this was their first pageant.

In reply to: 's message, "Yes, they did start about 30 min. late, but since I paid Big Bucks to get my dd hair done between interview and beauty, I appreciate the fact that they waited as long as they could to start. I heard that they had a lot of last minute entries, and couldn't help that interview ran a little later! Yes, we did have to walk down a short hallway to get to h/m, but I didn't mind! It wasn't on the other side of the school! You have to make room for people to make mistakes, your not perfect either!" on 11:56:21 10/19/09 Mon
