Is this or is this not the same type of crap they pulled on "Whose Line?" on a regular basis?

"It's not competitive, so we're switching it to Monday night, then moving it to Thursday night. It'll do better on Thursday."

"The ratings are low, so we're going to give other programs higher priority and shelve some upcoming episodes... for a little bit. But it'll be back, don't worry..."

And for anyone not aware of it, the Improv Allstars taped the show for five days total back at the end of June/beginning of July (in April with the pilot), so any upcoming episodes are going to be coming out of those days of shooting. And that's all.

And there were no special guests that appeared during those days--no Richard Simmons, no Robin Williams. Wayne Brady wasn't there and Ryan Stiles was only in a handful of games (despite the fact that he WAS in town before a July taping--he and Drew had dinner together the previous evening). So it's best to get over it now. I swear, the constant "where's Ryan?" whining is giving me a headache.

Also, there are no more scheduled shoots for the show at this point. So for anyone looking to pick up tickets online and come to Hollywood to watch a taping? Sorry, you're too late. But that's the way it is. For the WB to consider "Green Screen" as "still in production" refers only to the fact that the animators are still cranking away.

Meh. Bastards.
