Thanks Karen! Here's the quote for those who are lazy like me ;)

"This week's other good news in an equally bad time slot is "Drew Carey's Green Screen Show" (Thursday, WB, 8:30 p.m.). Most of the gang from "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" returns except this time they improvise in front of a green screen and then animators, inspired by the action, step in to draw outfits, props and backgrounds. In the episode available for review, the results weren't always hilarious, but Carey gets loads of credit for always trying to come up with new, innovative ways to be funny on TV. And I think this is a show that will just keep getting better. Three stars."
