It doesn't sound like you know anything about alcoholism or diabetes.

There is no such thing as being a little bit alcoholic. You are or you aren't. And it doesn't mean you drinkn everyday, it means when you start you can't stop until you are drunk or the booze runs out.

Low blood sugar is hypoglycemia. Diabetics have insulin production problems. I'm not sure where your dialysis connection comes in. My uncle was a diabetic for over 30 years and never once was on dialysis.

When Ryan took a bite out of the cookie then said he shouldn't be eating it I saw no hint that he was kidding. I also didn't see him eat anymore cookie.
