I don't know if this suggestion will help...
Do you have a CD burner on your PC? If you do, do you have a program on your PC to help you burn CDs? What you could do is download the program to your computer than burn it on a CD to play later. With a lot of the programs, you can right click on the link to save it to your PC. I hope I have been of some help.
